Pastoral Counseling & Spiritual Support
A calm, confidential space to talk, process, and gain clarity — both personally and spiritually.
Background
I am a licensed, ordained pastor and a graduate of Bethel Seminary, holding a Master of Arts in Theology.
Since 2009, I have led Communitas Twin Cities, a non-denominational church in St. Paul focused on serving individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty. I also have 24 years experience of mentoring many individuals on their faith journeys and leading multiple small groups. I have heard it all, lived through more than the average person, and am not shocked by much, helping others navigate through many different instances of life’s challenges and finding God in them. I am warm, and easy to talk with.
My work is shaped by years of navigating significant life challenges and healing, as well as walking alongside others through complex and significant life struggles — offering compassion, spiritual wisdom, practical guidance, and steady support.
