Following the assessment review we will provide you with a report detailing results, including specific recommendations from gaps observed. We will also meet with your board to review the specific recommendations and ideas for implementation.
Implementation
If desired, we will also help implement our recommendations. This includes drafting procedures, defining control points, and possible creation of reports, (depending on software available).
Six month following completion, we will perform review and testing to verify effectiveness and accuracy.
